Public lighting faults across Türkiye needed to be reported easily by citizens, routed through TEDAS to the responsible regional electricity distribution company, and tracked with feedback after the resolution was completed.

Solution Produced
We developed an automation system that works through mobile and web applications, uses location information through GIS services, and routes each notification to the relevant distribution company. The system receives reports about faulty poles and lamps with their locations, tracks the process, and produces feedback after the issue is resolved.
