Talent Pipeline
Prepare for a career in the IT sector with OdakGIS engineering, gain experience, and shape your future.
The OdakGIS education and talent pipeline program is open to applicants whose national university entrance exam ranking is below 40,000.
The Talent Pipeline is a technology talent development and transition program through which OdakGIS engineering brings together knowledge, experience, and hands-on opportunities for young IT professional candidates, guiding them toward advanced engineering expertise.
The program is open to young engineering candidates studying in university departments such as software, technology, geomatics, and industrial engineering who are nearing the end of their studies or have recently graduated.
The talent pipeline is not an internship program. It offers the opportunity to work directly on OdakGIS's large-scale national software projects.
For young professionals in the software development sector, candidates are assigned fundamental tasks that are expected to be completed, and they are supported by subject matter experts available to address inquiries throughout the process.
For candidates trained in geomatics engineering, urban and regional planning, and similar fields, in-project training is provided on databases, geographic information systems, cartography, and software analysis.
For candidates pursuing a career in industrial engineering, we offer personalized training and guidance on key topics such as PMI principles, project charters, WBS preparation, and project management.
Candidates who successfully complete the talent pipeline process are hired based on the company's internal staffing needs. Suitable candidates are also supported in finding job opportunities in the sector.
