- Identity and contact details you share when contacting us by email or phone (name, email, phone, organization, title).
- Request and correspondence details relating to inquiries, offers and partnerships.
- CV information you send us for job or internship applications.
- Security logs kept by our servers when you visit the website (IP address, browser, date and time).
- Cookie data as described in the Cookie Policy section below.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
We process this data to respond to your requests, run business partnerships, evaluate applications, operate the website securely and meet our legal obligations. Processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5 of KVKK (performance of a contract, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right and legitimate interest) and, for non-essential cookies, on your explicit consent.
4. Transfers
Your data may be shared, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, with authorized public authorities, our advisors and service providers such as hosting and email providers. Maps and videos on the website are served by Google (Google Maps, YouTube), which may process data under its own policies when that content is displayed.
5. Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to results arising solely from automated analysis and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
