  • Portal can connect online to TAKBIS (Land Registry Information System) and MEGSIS (Spatial Real Estate System) system that is served by TKGM, as long as the services are active.

  • The immovable data published live from TAKBİS can be queried.

  • Real persons, legal entities and immovable information on the basis of province / district / village / city block / parcel can be queried and displayed.

  • In case of ownership and publication by TKGM; easement, annotation, declaration, mortgage, contract, attachment and details and all the details related to this data can be viewed on the portal.

  • Cadastre data published by the MEGSIS system can be queried and displayed on the map screen.

  • Coordinate list of a MEGSIS parcel can be obtained.

  • When a MEGSIS parcel is selected, linked land registry information can be listed.
