Expropriation Management Software

It is a software providing Monitoring of Expropriation Operation Regulated by Laws, Appraisal, Damage Assessment, Litigation, Automatic Preparation of Official Correspondences, Monitoring of Progressions such as Financial State of Project, Deal Progress, Title Deed Registration etc., that operates on Windows platform.

It is used in, Hydroelectric Power Plant Projects, Dam Projects, Energy Transmission Line Projects, Natural Gas Projects and Projects of Expropriation of Petroleum Pipelines.

The database works integrated with GIS and supported by Graphical Infrastructure MapInfo.

Data entries and queries from the field can be made through shared folders on the network.

It has been used in projects of international importance such as, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline, Turkey-Greece Natural Gas Transmission Line and in projects of importance for Turkey such as South Transmission, West Transmission, Eastern Black Sea, Western Black Sea, South-East Transmission Lines and Expropriation of Factory Connection Lines Projects as well as many HPP and ETL Projects.

It is being used in Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) and Iran Turkey Eastern Europe Natural Gas Pipeline Projects.

Microsoft Access Database (It is collection of data such as table, query, form and object related to a subject or objective. The data is managed by the Microsoft Jet database infrastructure.) is the base workfile for the Expropriation Program for the flexibility of data, security and the ease of transformation to other file formats that it provides.

The appurtenant structures and the damage made along the route of the pipeline can be tracked one by one.

Expropriation information can be queried by choosing parcels on the graphical window. Proprietor lists, expropriation area, parcel cost and lawsuit progress can be displayed as a summary in this window. As a base, raster map can be displayed at any scale.
